Returns & Refunds
30-DAY RETURNS
Orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date the order was received. Returned items must be in the same new condition, unworn and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received, a refund or replacement will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 3-5 business days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.
FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@heytrip.net. In your message, please provide us with your:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Photos of the issue
OPTIONS FOR YOU:
- We resend you the new products and you can return the items to us.
- We fully refund you and you can return the items to us.
- You can keep the items and we will partially refund you.
COST OF RETURN: We will cover the shipping fee if you choose to return the defective items. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The product must be undamaged, unsoiled, and in its original packaging with tamper-evident stickers or shrink-wrap intact.
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
- Any damaged items that have signs of artificial damage will be declined.
FOR MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If your order has not been delivered, Please follow the tracking number and contact the deliverer or freight agent.
- You need to take responsibility for providing the correct address for your order and proper access for the delivery of your order
- The customer assumes all risk from the time that you have ordered the Heytrip products given to the deliverer agent for shipping, posting, or forwarding.
FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You may don't want the items anymore for some reason when you get your items. We understand and accept the returns. Please kindly check the policies:
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
- We will refund you when we get the returned items.
- We don't refund original shipping charges.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
- There is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.
COST OF RETURN: For non-defective products, you are responsible for the cost of return.
