30-day Return

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact our customer service team at info@heytrip.net to initiate the return process. In your email, please provide us with your:

• Order number
• Brief description of the problem

Upon receiving your return, we will initiate the refund or replacement process, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method. It may take 1-3 working days for the refund to reflect on your bank statements. The new product will be shipped within 2 business days.
