Within 1-year Warranty
If you purchased a HEYTRIP® product from our store, we will honor your a 1-year Warranty for your purchase. If your HEYTRIP product ever experiences any issues, we promise to take care of it. If we are unable to repair your product, we will promptly replace it with a new one in perfect working condition, which will be of equal or better physical condition. If you require a warranty for your HEYTRIP® product, just contact our customer service team at info@heytrip.net. In your email, please provide us with your order number, name and a brief description of your request.
We will warrant all HEYTRIP products that exhibit any defects in material and workmanship under normal use. However, please note that this 1-year Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage
